Members reserve via the app up to 7 days in advance. Walk-ins welcome any time except 6–8 PM weekday peak. Studio is open 5 AM – 11 PM weekdays, 6 AM – 9 PM weekends — open-floor and equipment access available throughout, even when no class is in session.
